If any tree which is staked, guarded or marked with a blue band interferes with a player's stance or the area of his intended swing, the ball MUST be lifted,& without penalty and dropped in accordance with Rule 24-2b(i)
3.WATER HAZARDS (Rule 26)
All streams and ditches, whether indicated by yellow stakes or not, are water hazards. There are no Lateral Water Hazards on the course.
4.IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (Rule 24-2) 5.GROUND UNDER REPAIR (Rule 25-1)
The following are immovable obstructions:
- All wooden or concrete steps.
- All gravel, shale and artificially surfaced roads and their wooden edges.
- All bridges.
Any areas marked by notices, blue stakes or ringed with white paint are Ground Under Repair and play from them is prohibited. If a player's ball lies in such an area, or the area interferes with the player's stance or the area of the intended swing, the player MUST take relief as provided in Rule 25-1.6.STONES IN BUNKERS (Rule 24-1)
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions.
All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable objects and relief from interference by them may be obtained. In addition, if such an obstruction on or within two club lengths of the putting green of the hole being played intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may obtain relief without penalty as follows:
If the ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction, it may be lifted, cleaned and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay which
(a) is not nearer the hole
(b) avoids such intervention and
(c) is not a hazard or on a putting green
Practice is permitted, on the day of a stroke play competition or between rounds, on the practice green near the 10th tee and on the surrounding area used for chipping practice. During play, this green is a wrong green and Rule 25-3
