As befits a club of Brancepeth Castle’s standing our practice facilities are of top quality featuring no less than five dedicated areas to help you either to warm up pre-round or to work on your game in the longer term.

• Driving range: Opened in the summer of 2019 it provides both covered and open bays. Balls are available, by token, from the professional’s shop, with various size buckets available from 25 balls for a quick warm up before a round up to 100 balls for serious work on your game.
• Driving net: Next to the professional’s shop on the way to the first tee is located our second pre-round facility. For those not wishing to avail themselves of driving range but would still like a quick warm up before the first tee this provides a quick and simple way to prepare.
• Practice putting green: Opened in late 2019 opposite the driving net this large facility provides the ideal opportunity to get a feel for Brancepeth’s tricky greens.
• Practice chipping green: Located to the left of the path leading to the first tee, this area provides the ideal opportunity to hone your short game skills.
• bunker: Located near the 10th tee an excellent area to practice this important element of our game.
